Consults:

      1. All training starts with a non-refundable consult; Puppy, Basic or Behavior Consult.

      2. Time length of  consults may vary and can  be anywhere from 60 to 120 minutes. 

      3.  Weekly Follow up Sessions may be booked in advance or on a weekly basis. 

 Packages:

1. The first session of a purchased package is considered a consult. 
2. Packages expire 180 days from the date of purchase. 
3. All unused sessions after 180 days are considered forfeit. 

Day Training:

1. Consult required prior to purchase of day training package- not included in the price of package
2. Dogs must be up to date on all required vaccinations prior to drop off

Board and Train Programs

1. Training Consult required prior to drop off, price of consult  will be taken off the total cost of the board and train
2. Dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations prior to drop off
3. All follow-up sessions must be completed within 180 days from the last day of the board and train program or they will be forfeited
4. Payment required before date of drop off in order to reserve spot in board and train program . 

  No Show, Cancellation and Unused Services Policies:

1. Cancellation 7 or more days prior to any scheduled services may be made without penalty and requires no payment.
2. Cancellation  0-48 hours of a scheduled service will result in a 100% charge of the full amount of service.
3. If a service consisting of multiple sessions  has been purchased ( a “package”) cancellation fees still apply or the cancelled session will be counted as one session- client’s choice.
4. ALL paid fees are nonrefundable.
5. Unused and/or expired packages are forfeit.
6. All training packages must be used with 180 days from the date of purchase, or they will be forfeited.
7. A credit card must be kept on file.
