   This is a great introductory course to all things dog and puppy related for our smaller puppy friends. We will help get you on the right track to living in harmony with your new friend! We will discuss manners & house breaking and work on things like confidence building and walking on a loose leash!  

*Graduates recognized by the AKC.

We will discuss manners & house breaking and work on things like confidence building and walking on a loose leash! 

 5 months-1yr, Must Be Rabies Vaccinated   

   Too old for puppy class and not quite ready for adult class? This is the perfect class for those wily teenagers! We’ll discuss things like fear periods, life stages and  managing expectations. We’ll work on impulse control, exposure to new things and proper greetings with an introduction to basic obedience skills. 

All attendees must be at least 1 yr and Rabies Vaccinated

   Not your average basic obedience class, we add a twist and make it fun! Benefits of this class: Your dog will gain the basic foundation of life skills, confidence building, neutrality around other dogs and potential triggers. You’ll gain a better understanding of your dog’s needs and body language. You’ll both gain better communication and a stronger bond! 

Must be UTD on Rabies and 1 yr+ *Prereq: Private Lessons or Back to Basics Class* 

This class picks up where ”Back to Basics” left off. “Over Achievers” is great for relationship building and adding  another notch in your dogs’ skill belt! We’ll cover things like down at a distance, off-leash recall, place, our version of heel with a finish and some other fancy footwork for you and your canine companion! 

Must be 1yr, UTD on Rabies *Prereq: Private Lessons or Back to Basics Class

 Strengthen your bond AND take your dog's training to the next level! Tricks are super fun and people get a kick out of them! Your dog MUST have a solid foundation in obedience prior to attendance. If your dog struggles with other dogs, this is not the class for them, check out Reactive Beasts & Baddies. This class will have a curriculum BUT if there are specific tricks you are working on, we’re happy to help! 

Must be 1yr, UTD on Rabies, Previous Training Recommended but not required

   Is your dog skittish or nervous? Come check out this class! Limited spacing as this class will focus a lot on  the individual needs of each dog. We can work on things like being nervous at the vet, nail trims and more! We’ll do fun exercises to teach Fido that he can conquer anything with you by his side! This class is NOT  for reactive dogs, see our “Reactive Beasts & Baddies” class for reactivity!

Must be 1yr,  UTD on Rabies, RcK9 Approved E-Collars ONLY

MUST HAVE DONE  PREVIOUS PRIVATE E-COLLAR TRAINING w/Steph

   Refresh those e-collar skills and add distractions! Adding movement and fluency to the language of e-collars. We’ll work on refining the basics with a focus on off-leash recall amidst distractions.  If you need an e-collar, let us know well before class so that we can get it for you. *Additional cost for collar BUT you save money if you get it through us. 

Must be 1 yr, *Prereq: Private Assessment or Training Consult Required for Attendance

  This class is great for helping your dog learn to cope in stressful situations but it’s even more important for YOU, the handler! We’re going to work on building your confidence too!  We’ll work on identifying your dog’s triggers, impulse control, building thresholds, reinforcing appropriate reactions, working on foundation and emergency behaviors and appropriate handler reactions & leash skills.

MUST be UTD on Rabies 

    The focus of these classes will be strictly on leash manners and leash handling. Your dog will gain neutrality around other dogs, you’ll both gain confidence and our handler classes are super fun! We play different games to keep things interesting and we might even switch up locations every now and again for proofing! 

MUST be UTD on Rabies and an existing training client already

  This is a one of a kind class! YOU choose what you want to work on under the guide of a professional. This class is more laid back so we'll go where the day takes us, no set time limit.  We'll switch up locations now and again too!
